I haven't formally come out to say it, but we're taking another shot at Greendale University. For those keeping count, this is version 3.0, the first being Derek Parker's original MS Paint comic and the second being our twice-weekly comic strip from 2006.
It's been a slow burn so far (as you can see from the post dates, there was a month between Page 1 and Page 2), but hopefully that should pick up in the next few weeks as I find myself with more time off.
Details are forthcoming (primarily because we have no idea how many pages this will be!), but what I can tell you is that it will be written and edited by the aforementioned Derek Parker, with artwork and lettering by yours truly, Gerard Delatour II.
Until next time!

What kind of brush pen do you use to ink your artwork? Do you use a traditional brush and dip it in India Ink? What about a brush with built in ink like the Sakura Pigma Brush? Or do you use just pens?
Soryy for the weird question, but I really like your lines. The varied widths thing is like what the real comic book inking look like.
Generally, I start with pens (Sakura Pigma Micron pens 05 and 005, to be exact!) to do the outlines and some black fill. Occasionally, I'll use a brush pen (I'm looking at a Faber-Castell PITT pen, bold, right now) to do those lines, but that's very rare. I use my traditional brush and India ink for fills, since I don't have a brush hand steady enough for linework. Finally, inkwash is done with the traditional brush and watered-down India ink.
Line variation is something I try, but ultimately fail at most of the time! Since I use my pens for outlines most of the time, the variation in width isn't always there. I suggest using a brush pen if you have a steady hand, since those can produce a wider variety of line widths than pens.
